A couple came to me looking for engagement rings for each of them. The groom-to-be suggested that for his ring, we could create something inspired by the very bold throw lines of his fiancé's pottery. Although it's less apparent in this picture, I tried to get the nuance of the lines in that they're not all even, and each crest is rounder on one side and ever so slightly edged on the other. I like the idea of the ring because although he can't always be with her or her pottery everywhere he goes, with the throw lines on his finger he can still always feel the effect of her touch.
